Sneyd Park Renovation. Preserving History Through a Thoughtful Design and Build of a 1930’s Home.

Project Overview
This ongoing project is a large-scale design and build renovation of a 1930s family home in Sneyd Park, BS9, involving a substantial three-storey extension and full internal reconfiguration.
From the outset, this has been a highly technical project, beginning with extensive groundworks and engineering design. The site required complex structural solutions, including over 17 individual steel sections, block and beam construction, and detailed coordination between groundworks, structural engineering and architecture to support the new extension and existing building.
The scope of works includes a full home renovation, covering architectural design, structural alterations, drainage strategy, roofing works, mechanical and electrical systems, and the integration of underfloor heating throughout. Internally, the project also incorporates a complete kitchen redesign, ensuring the new spaces function seamlessly within the original character of the 1930s property.
This project exemplifies our design-led, build-focused approach, managing every stage from concept and planning through to construction and delivery. Close collaboration between engineers, trades and designers has been essential to ensure structural integrity, efficiency and long-term performance, without compromising on aesthetics or liveability.
Still under construction, this is a significant, multi-layered project that demonstrates our capability to deliver complex residential builds at scale, handling everything from major structural engineering to fine interior detail as part of a fully integrated design and build service.
